1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging SteadyHandyman for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are free of charge. Estimates are based on a visual inspection and the project scope discussed. If hidden damage is discovered or the scope of work changes during the project, we will provide a revised estimate for approval before proceeding with the additional work.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the agreed-upon work unless otherwise specified in writing. We accept Cash, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Credit Card, and Debit Card. For large projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to arrive on time for all scheduled appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for missed appointments or late cancellations.

5. Warranty and Guarantees

We take pride in our craftsmanship and guarantee our labor. If an issue arises related directly to our workmanship, please contact us promptly, and we will make it right. This warranty does not cover materials (which are covered by manufacturer warranties) or damage caused by normal wear and tear, abuse, or natural disasters.

6. Insurance and Liability

SteadyHandyman is fully insured (ERGO | NEXT Insurance — $1,000,000 coverage). We are responsible only for damage directly caused by our gross negligence during the performance of our duties.
